The Recvering America’s Wildlife Act wuld create an annual fund f mre than $1.3 billin, given t states, and territries fr wildlife cnservatin n the grund. Nw, Eric Ryan Chan at Stanfrd University and his team have created an AI mdel, EG3D, that can generate randm images f faces and ther bjects in high quality. "It's amng the first 3D mdels t prvide near-realistic images," says Chan. "On tp f that, it generates finely detailed 3D shapes and it's fast enugh t run in real time n a laptp."
Chan's team used features frm existing high-quality 2D GANs(generative adversarial netwrk) and added a cmpnent that can transfrm these images fr 3D space. Anther new machine learning mdel created by Yng Jae Lee and his team is called Giraffe HD, which tries t get features f a 3Dimage that are manipulatable.
