Unit4 Where’s the bird? (Fun time & Cartoon time)

教学目标：

　　1. 能熟练运用句型Where's …？ It's on/in/under/behind… 进行对话。

2. 能通过游戏进一步正确运用介词on，in，under，behind,并用句式“Is it

in/on/under/behind...?及回答Yes,it is.   No, it isn’t.”

3. 能理解日常交际用语“Here you are”的意思，并根据故事发展体会人

物的情感变化。

4. 能读出绘本《Where’s Spot》并回答问题，感知”Is he/she...?及回答

Yes,he/she is.   No, he/she isn’t.”

　教学重点：

　教学过程：

Step 1 Warming up

1. Sing the song《On, in, under, by》

T: Hello, boys and girls.Today, I’m your English teacher. You can call me Liya.

S: Hello, Liya.

　　T: And Liya likes English songs. Do you like it?

　　S: Yes.

　　T: Let's enjoy the song together. If you can follow it, you can sing with it together. And do some gestures.OK?　　（播放歌曲，学生唱）

　　2. Quick response

 　　T: Great. Look, where’s the spider?(放在手上快速反应)　　

T: Wow, can you say the word correctly? (on，in，under，behind,贴黑板快速反应)

　　3. Change the rhyme

T: Great！ Now can you say the rhyme?

T: Oh, where,oh, where. Where’s the spider?　　

S: It’s in the...Teach: drawer

T: Oh, where,oh, where. Where’s the drawer?

S: It’s under Liya.

T: Oh, where,oh, where. Where’s Liya?

S: Liya is on the bird.

T: Dangdang, Liya is here, so, where’s the bird?

4.Review the story(students say the story together.)

　　Step 2 Fun time

　　1. Play a game-- Hide and seek

T: Look, the bird is flying away again. And where’s the bird.　

T: Dangdang, the bird is flying into our classroom.(拿出小鸟道具)

  And the bird wants to play hide and seek with us.(做手势引导hide and seek)

  Are you ready to play with the bird?

S: Yes.

T: Boys and girls, now, cover your eyes. And count 1,2,3,...

S: 1,2,3...

T: OK. Where’s the bird? Can you guess?

T: You may use”Is it on/in/under/behind...?”to ask.

T: Who wants to try?

S1: Is it in the box?

T: No, it isn’t.

S2:Is it....?

2. Group work

T: Now, take out your little bird, and work in 4. One try to hide, and the others try to guess.

3. Let’s guess

　　T:OK, I see you like the game very much. And now let's play the game together. Look, what’s this？ （引导学生看图猜鸟在哪儿）

Ss: It’s a sofa.

T: Yes. The bird may hide somewhere here. So who would like to come to the front and guess? And let’s ask together.

　　S1: Is it in/on/under/behind the pencil box?

Ss: They are playing hide and seek too.

Step 3 Cartoon Time

1. Listen and order
