【教学目标】

1.Master words and phrases:hometown,Britain,seldom,rapid---; on foot---

2.Let the students learn the use of the infinitive and learn to talk about different kinds of transportation in English.

【教学重难点】

重点：掌握本课重点单词、短语及句型。

难点：通过学习，让学生学习不定式的用法并学会用英语谈论不同交通工具。

【教学过程】一、导入环节（2分钟）

（一）导入新课，板书课题

导入语：Good morning, class. How are you? Today, we are going to learn：

Lesson 31　How Do You Travel?

（二）出示学习目标　过渡语:First ,let’s read the learning goals together.

1.我要掌握单词和短语：hometown,Britain,seldom,rapid---; on foot---

2.通过学习，我要学会不定式的用法并能用英语谈论不同交通工具。

过渡语:I believe everyone can achieve your goal? Can you ? Let’s begin .

二、先学环节（15分钟）

过渡语:First look at the guides carefully and then finish the tasks step by step.

学法指导：先独立思考合作探究当中的问题，然后注意结合例句，小组讨论本课语法知识点，不理解的提交班内解决。

探究三：Language Points 

1.辨析anywhere, somewhere, everywhere,nowhere。

(1) anywhere用于肯定句，意为“在/去任何地方”。其还可用于否定句或疑问句中，代替somewhere,意为“在任何地方”

(2)  somewhere 用于肯定句，意为“在/去某地”，但当表示说话者期望得到肯定的回答时，可以用在疑问句中。

(3)  everywhere “处处；到处”相当于here and there 一般用于肯定句中。

(4)  Nowhere “无处；任何地方都不”，表示否定含义，相当于not---anywhere

注意：上述各词在被形容词修饰时，形容词要后置。[练一练]:①. I can take you anywhere you like.我可以带你去任何你喜欢的地方。②We can’t find him anywhere.我们在哪儿都找不到他。③.Let’s go somewhere different today.咱们今天去个不同的地方吧。④.Can we go somewhere warm?我们可以去个暖和点儿的地方吗？⑤You can find fast food restaurants everywhere.你到处都能找到快餐店。⑥.This animal is found in Australia, and nowhere else.这种动物生长在澳大利亚，别处没有。

2.辨析：rapid, fast, quick

(1)rapid常用于描述事物变化的速度。(2) fast侧重指运动、动作速度快，常用来描述运动的物体（如汽车、火车、人等）(3)quick 常用于描述迅速或立即完成的事。[练一练]:

①.Be brave, and you will make rapid progress in your spoken English.勇敢些，你的英语口语会进步得很快。②Look! The train is driving so fast.看！那辆火车开得真快。③Be quick, or we’ll be late for school.快点儿，否则我们上学就要迟到了。

探究四：Finish “Let’s Do it” part3~4.

四、训练环节（13分钟）Ⅰ.根据句意及首字母提示补全单词
