Ⅰ.根据句意及汉语提示完成单词

Ⅱ.根据汉语意思完成句子,每空一词

课堂教学

Step 1 情景导入

　　通过多媒体播放手机的各项功能,使学生了解手机在事故中所起到的作用,从而为课文的学习打下基础。

T:Boys and girls,what can you do with a mobile phone?

S1:I can take photos with it.

S2:I can send short messages to my friends with it.

S3:I can chat with it.

T:OK.Well,how can your mobile phone help you when you come across an accident?If a snake bites you,for example,what will you do with your mobile phone?

Step 2 完成教材任务2至4

1.根据图片设置问题,让学生仔细观看任务2的图片,思考下列问题。

(1)What is in the man’s hand?

A mobile phone.  　 

(2)What is the man taking a photo of?

A snake. 　 

2.播放课文录音,让学生仔细听,了解文章大意。

3.再播放课文录音,让学生一边听一边跟读,进一步加深对文章的理解。

4.让学生大声朗读课文,然后完成任务 4。

5.老师可以给出几个关键词汇,如working in a restaurant、bit his hand等,让学生对课文进行简单复述,必要时老师给予帮助。

Step 3 完成教材任务5

1.让学生快速阅读方框中所给的词汇,然后完成短文。

2.先让学生反复朗读小短文,然后请几名学生在班级朗读。

Step 4 完成教材任务6

1.让学生在文章中找出任务6给出的单词,观察这些词是如何被使用的。

2.根据任务6中给出的开头,让学生写一个小故事。

　　通过观察图片培养学生的联想、预测和表达能力,激发学生的求知欲和好奇心,为下一步阅读策略的教学做了很好的铺垫。主要帮助学生理清事故发生的先后顺序,进一步体会过去进行时的用法。简短的评价可以使学生的课堂表现得到肯定,并且可以激励学生的学习兴趣,树立学习英语的信心。
