Review the body parts 复习身体部位单词。Show the pictures of Zip, John, Mr Jones, Mike ... on the PPT. T: Let’s meet our friends. This is ... Show the picture of Zoom on the PPT. T: Look at Zoom. This is Zoom’s face.This is Zoom’s body. Now, let’s touch and say the words. Lead students do and say according to your instructions. T: Touch your ear. Touch your eye. Shake your head. Open your mouth. Teacher does the action and students say the words. Review the stationery 复习文具单词。Show a schoolbag to students. Let students guess the things in it. T: What’s in my bag? I have a/an... Ss: I have a/an... Review the colours 复习颜色单词。Show a rainbow to students. Lead students to review the colours. T: What colour do you see? Ss: I see red/yellow/orange... T: What colour do you see? S1: brown.. S2: purple... Read aloud (1)让学生看图片猜测故事内容。 Show the last picture of “Read aloud”. Lead students to look at the picture and predict the main idea of the story. T: Look at the picture, can you guess: What happened? Ss: … (2)看视频理解故事内容,讲解单词和短语。Play the cartoon for the first time. (课件出示:教材P32 Read aloud的视频) Help students understand the phrases “white hands, brown arms” by Picture 3 and get the main idea of the story. T: (Point to Picture 3.) Look at Zoom/Zip.
