1. 表示在过去的时间里某处有某物的句型。

There was/were + 主语 + 其他.

There was only one small building on a hill. 山上只有一栋小的建筑物。

2. 表示在过去的时间里某处没有某物的句型。

There was/were no + 主语 + 其他.

There was no library in my old school. 我以前的学校里没有图书馆。

3. 表示过去和现在对比的句型。

状态对比:

Before，主语 + was/were + 形容词/名词/个词短语.

Now，主语 + am/is/are + 形戏词/名词/介词短语.

Before, I was quiet. Now, I'm very active in class. 以前我很安静。现在我在课堂上很活跃。

动作对比:

Before, 主语 + couldn't + 动词原形 + 其他.

Now, 主语 + (can + )动词 + 其他.

Before, I couldn't play badminton. Now, I play badminton every week.

以前我不会打羽毛球。现在我每周打羽毛球。

there be 句型用于一般过去时

1. 陈述句: 结构为“There was/were + 名词 + 其他.”。如:

There was an old house by the river five years ago. 五年前河边有一座老房子。

There were some computers in the room before. 这个房间以前有一些电脑。

2. 否定句: there be 句型否定句的构成为在 be 动词后直接加 not 或 no。如:

There was no wind and everything was quiet. 没有风, 一切都是静悄悄的。

3. 一般疑问句:there be 结构的一般疑问句只需把 be 动词移到句首，首字母大写，再在句尾如问号。如:

There was some money in her handbag. 她的手提包里有一些钱。

Was there any money in her handbag? 她的手提包里有一些钱吗?

there be 句型口诀: there be 句型有特点，主语跟在 be 后面；否定 be 后加 not，疑问 be 在 there 前；介词短语表地点，“有”是“存在”记心问!

Changes in my school
