2023届高考英语二轮复习非谓语动词-分词做状语的用法课件
展开过去分词在句中一般能作时间、原因、条件、让步和方式状语。如:表示原因,相当于由as, since, 或because引导的原因状语从句Caught in a heavy rain, he was all wet. 因为淋了一场大雨,所以他全身湿透了。(Because he was caught in a heavy rain)
表示条件,相当于if, unless引导的条件状语从句如果种在肥沃的土壤里,这些种子能长得很快。Grwn in rich sil, these seeds can grw fast. (If these seeds are grwn in rich sil)
Cmpared with yu, we still have a lng way t g.(If we are cmpared with yu)
表示伴随情况或方式: The trainer appeared, fllwed by fur little dgs. 训练员出现了,后面跟着四条小狗。 He walked up and dwn the rm, lst in thught. 他在屋子时走来走去,陷入了沉思。
表示时间When heated, ice can be changed int water.(When ice is heated,)
表示让步,相当于althugh/thugh引导的让步状语从句Left at hme, Jhn didn’t feel afraid at all.(Althugh he was left at hme,)Even if invited, I will nt take part in the party.(Even if I am invited,)
过去分词在句中作状语,过去分词的逻辑主语要和句子的主语一致。位置:过去分词作状语,可以放在主句的前面或者后面,用逗号将二者隔开。连词+过去分词作状语有些过去分词可以用连词加以强调。这些连词有when, nce, if, unless, thugh, as if, althugh, even if, even thugh, than, as
过去分词与现在分词作状语的区别
Fllwing the ld man, we went upstairs.=We fllwed the ld man, and we went upstairs.Fllwed by the ld man, we went upstairs.=We were fllwed by the ld man, and we went upstairs.
Seen frm the tp, the stadium lks like a bird’s nest.Seeing frm the tp, we find the stadium like a bird’s nest.
过去分词表完成,被动,与主句的主语之间是被动关系。现在分词表进行,主动,与主语的主语之间是主动关系。
有些过去分词(短语)源于系表结构,作状语时不表动作而表状态。常见的有: lst (迷路); seated (坐); absrbed in (全神贯注于); dressed in (穿着); tired f (厌烦)等。如:Absrbed in deep thught, he didn’t hear the sund. 因为沉浸在思考之中,所以他没听到那个声音。
