②be/get used to sth./doing sth. 习惯/适应某事（做某事）

它（故宫）里面有宏伟的建筑和艺术珍宝，非常值得一游。
①with……介词短语在句中常用作状语，表示原因、条件、时间、伴随、方式等。
With the development of modern medicine, more and more diseases can be cured.
随着现代医学的发展，越来越多的疾病能够被治愈。
②be worth a visit=be worth visiting be worth + n./doing （某事）值得做
- Many tourists like to gather there early in the morning to watch the raising of the national flag. 许多游客喜欢一大早聚集在那儿观看升旗仪式。
raise (vt.) 举起；升起；提高；饲养；募集（有被动）
raise one’s hand 举手 raise the national flag 升国旗
raise the price 提高价格 raise one’s voice 提高嗓音
raise a family 养家糊口 raise money for sb. 募集钱给某人
rise (vi.) （某物）上升，升起 （无被动）
eg. The price of vegetables is rising rapidly.
- It lies on the two sides of the Lijiang River. 它位于漓江的两岸。
① (vi.) 位于, 坐落在 lie-lies eg. The town lies on the coast.
② (vi.) 躺, 平放 lie-lay-lain-lying eg. His book are lying all over the desk.
③ (vi.) 说谎，撒谎 lie-lied-lied-lying eg. She always lies about her age.
④ (n.) 谎言 eg. You can trust him because he never tells lies.

eg. Wet clothes are often hung near a fire in rainy weather.
point (1) n. 分数，点 (2) v. 指，指向
point at 指着 point out 指出 point to 指向
- It takes up three quarters of the area. 它占据了四分之三的面积。
three quarters = three fourths 四分之三 a/one quarter 四分之一 a half 二分之一 one third 三分之一 two fifths 五分之二
①分数的读法：先分子，再分母；分子用基数词，分母用序数词；分子大于1，分母要加-s。
②分数用于“of…”结构修饰主语时，谓语动词要根据of后面被修饰的名词来决定。
Three quarters of the book has been finished reading by that little boy.
Three quarters of the books need to be carried to that room.
- it 作代词指代：（1）动物或无生命的东西（2）看不出性别的婴儿小孩（3）不知道的人（打电话、敲门）（4）前文出现的动作、状况和主意（5）天气、时间、金钱、距离等。
- it 作形式主语或形式宾语的句型：
(1) It is + adj./n. + (for/of sb.) +to do sth.. （作形式主语）
(2) It is + adj./n. + that 从句. （作形式主语）
(3) It takes (sb.) some time to do sth.. （作形式主语）
(4) It is said/reported that … （作形式主语）
(5) 主语+ think/find/feel/make + it adj./n. + to do sth.. （作形式宾语）
