On Thursday we crossed the Southern Alps. It took hours. We drove through Arthur’s Pass. Then we stopped to look at the mountains. Yesterday we drove to see the famous Franz Josef Glacier. We left our things in the hotel and walked to the glacier. It took a long, long time to walk over the stones.
