Step1 pre-reading

1.带领学生吟唱本单元所学的歌曲。

2.日常口语对话：Hello! Hi！Good morning！What day is it today？ Where is the boy? He is in the classroom.

Step 2 While-reading

1.新课导入。老师：一天放学后， Jenny and Li Ming 发现好朋友Danny 不见了，非常着急，Danny 在哪呢？我们一起来找一找。

2.第一次阅读，快速阅读回答问题：Where is Danny? 学生快速阅读，然后回答。

3.第二次阅读。

a. Read by yourself, please. If you have any question, you can ask your partner or the teacher for help. (请你自己读故事，有不明白的地方可以问你的同桌或老师)

b.

①同学们读课文12页图片3和4 ，想一想：“Is Danny in the classroom?”

②同学们读课文13页图片5，想一想：“Is Danny in the library?”

③读课文13页图片6，想一想：“Is Danny in the gym?”

④读课文13页图片7，想一想：“Is Danny in the office?”

⑤读课文13页图片8，想一想：“Where is Danny?”

4. 第三次阅读。

读一读，看看Li Ming 和Jenny 找了哪些地方，给它们按课文内容排序。
