In the Sng Dynasty, the cmmn way f having tea was thrugh dian cha. The prcess begins with ht water being pured ver fine tea t create a paste(糊状物), then mre ht water is slwly added and the tea is repeatedly whisked(搅拌)by hand with a bamb stick.
This actin f puring ht water is called dian, and that’s hw the name dian cha appeared. It usually needs whisking the mixture between 180 and 200 times befre the water and the tea are fully mixed and the fam appears. Then, ne can begin t make artistic designs n the fam.

Han has always been fascinated by the culture and art f the Sng Dynasty under the influence f his mther. In a digital age, we almst never write things by hand. Hwever, many studies have shwn that writing brings lts f gd.
A new brain research, led by researchers at the Nrwegian University fund the same result; chsing handwriting instead f using a keybard results in better learning and memry.
“When yu write yur shpping list r ntes by hand, yu simply remember what yu write better afterwards,” said Audrey Meer, the leader f the study.
The study used tls t fllw and recrd brain wave activity. 12 yung adults and 12 children tk part in the study. This is the first time that children have taken part in such a study. Each persn was asked t write by hand and type n a keybard while wearing a special hat with ver 250 electrdes(电极)which were used t pick up the electrical activity in their brain. The results shwed that the brain in bth yung adults and children is much mre active when writing by hand than when typing n a keybard. These sense experiences build cnnectin between different parts f the brain, pening the brain up fr learning.
Audrey Meer believes that the results shw the imprtance f learning t draw and write at an early age, especially at schl. “Learning t write by hand is a bit slwer prcess, but it’s imprtant fr children t g thrugh the tiring perid f learning t write by hand,” she said.
The hand mvements used t frm the shapes f letters are helpful in several ways. “If yu use a keybard, yu use the same mvement fr each letter. Writing by hand requires cntrl f yur fine mtr(精细动作)skills and senses. It’s imprtant t put the brain in a learning state as ften as pssible,” Audrey Meer added.
