本课教学内容为北师大版小学英语五年级下册第7单元Days f the Week的Enjy the Stry部分，主要学习使用句型What day is it tday？ Tday is... What d yu d n...？ ... 教材通过Mcky邀请Ann和Ken一起玩的对话情景，让学生感知上述句型的语义及语用情境。
三、学情分析Students analysis
五年级学生对英语已经有了较浓厚的兴趣，也有了一定的基础。然而这个阶段学生的英语实际应用能力是非常有限的，这也就促使他们十分渴望能用英语解决日常生活中的实际问题，在实践中提高自己的英语水平。所以我们要通过直观的活动吸引学生，激发他们的学习兴趣，让学生在真实的情景中去学习语言、运用语言，让学生在感知、体验和参与中获取知识，形成能力。
设计理念Teaching methds
本课的教学设计强调从学生的学习兴趣出发，采用小组合作的学习方式，课堂评价贯穿始终，让学生在小组活动中，通过唱、做、写、说、演等多种手段学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。使学生在学习活动过程中培养综合语言运用能力

说明Briefing：
本课时主要学习“Enjy the Stry”部分的情景对话及句型“What day is it tday？ Tday is... What d yu d n...？ ...”。
首先以观察日历导入Days f the Week这一主题，激活学生对于星期的背景知识，然后在情境中教学“What day is it tday？ Tday is... What d yu d n...？ ...”，学生易于理解和掌握。
在展示环节，创设情境，结合实际生活，谈论一周七天，并讨论做的事情。巩固操练环节，结合故事，进一步掌握关键句型以及了解如何在情境中使用，让学生在活动中运用语言来描述一周的主要日程安排或活动，提高学生语言的实际运用能力。
最后，利用黑板上的关键句型来回顾课堂重点内容，升华主题。
