Her funny way f strytelling always has us laughing happily, and althugh she is almst ld enugh t be ur mm, she feels mre like a best friend.
A few weeks ag, hwever, there was a change in ur lunch cnversatin, and the stry she tld had us in real tears (眼泪) instead f ur usual tears f laughter. A mre serius tpic had cme up, and she sat us dwn t explain the imprtance f frgiveness (宽恕), especially when it cmes t ur parents. Telling stries f her trubled relatinship with her mther and grwing up hmeless at times, she changed my whle utlk n life and my feelings twards my parents. High schl is difficult fr everyne. Yu are ging thrugh an awkward time and yu may either fit in right away r feel like a cmplete utcast. But n matter hw well yu may fit in (r nt), jining a club will be gd fr yu in the shrt term and lng term.
Jining a club is a great way t meet new peple, especially if yu are new t the schl. Jining a club frces yu t cmmunicate with peple wh have similar interests as yu. Speaking frm persnal experience, I have met sme f my best friends frm my after-schl activities and had many new drs pen t me.
Anther really nice thing abut jining a club is that ding activities lks gd n cllege applicatins (申请). Clubs are a great place t spend time and be with gd peple wh yu can fall back n if yu need them.
Maybe the mst imprtant reasn why yu shuld jin a club is the lng-term benefit (益处) it brings. The classrm isn’t the nly learning envirnment in a schl. Things such as meeting and speaking t new peple, keeping an eye n the time, and being rganized are things yu will use every single day f yur life.

A. A persn wh is ppular. B. A persn wh is nt smart.
C. A persn wh is cnfident. D. A persn wh is nt accepted.
33. What d clleges think highly f accrding t the text?
A. The number f clubs yu have jined. B. The strng relatinships yu have built.
C. The bright persnality yu have develped.
D. The skills yu have learned while frming a club.
34. What benefit f jining a club is talked abut in paragraph 4?
A. Increasing knwledge. B. Learning teamwrking skills.
C. Imprving yur fitness level. D. Making gd use f yur time.
35. What is the best title fr the text?
A. What club shuld yu jin? B. Hw t jin a club yu like?
