课题：Unit 1 Our school subjects（第三课时）

一、教学目标：

1. 能在真实的语境中熟练运用本单元的语言知识谈论学科和课表。

2. 能读懂并表演Cartoon time的对话, 感知What lessons do we have...? 的含义，区分lessen和subject的不同。

3. 能感受到学校课程的多姿多彩，愿意大胆地用英语介绍自己的学校课程。

二、教学重点：

1. 能读懂并表演Cartoon time部分的对话

2. 能在图片、关键词等支架的帮助下介绍自己的课程表、自己喜爱的学科以及自己梦想中的课程安排。

三、教学难点：

1. 感知What lessons do we have...? 与What subjects do we have? 的区别。

2. 能围绕My school subjects的话题写几句话。

四、教学准备：

学生作业纸，手偶，纸偶

五、教学过程：

Step 1 Revision

1. Greeting

  T: Nice to see you.

  S: Nice to see you too.

  T: At this lesson, we’ll have a PK between boys and girls. If you can do well, you can get a leaf on your tree. The winner who can get more leaves will get a big surprise. Now let’s begin our lesson.

2. Enjoy a song.

  Q: What is this song about?

3. 揭题：

  T: Today we’ll go on learning Unit 1 Our school subjects. What subjects do you know?

  S: (生说出自己知道的学科名称)

  T: Can you spell it?

  S: 生拼读单词

4. Look and say.

  T: You know the names of the subjects. Now let’s look and say. What subject is it?

  (生看见图片大声说出相应学科)

5. 30-second non-stop talking

  T: What subjects do you like?

  S: I like… It’s fun.

  T: Do you like…?

  S: Yes, I do. What about you?

  T: I like…

Step 2 Lead-in

1. Free talk

  T: You know the subjects well. What subjects do you like? Why? Do you like Chinese? What can you do at ... lessons?

2. T: At Music lessons, you can sing and dance happily. You read the classical poetry at Chinese lessons. At PE lessons, you skip the rope, play football and basketball in the playground. You often do experiment at Science lessons. You can draw and make at Art lessons. You can do a lot of things in different lessons. So what do you think of our school subjects?

  S: They’re fun.

  T: Yes, they are also colourful.

3. Next month, we’ll have an open day in our school. On that day, we’ll show our colourful school subjects. What should we do then?

  First, we should show our timetable.

  Next, we should show our special subjects

  Then, we should show ourselves confidently.

3. Introduce our timetable

4. 小结：You know the timetable very well. You’re great.

Step4. To show special subjects

1. The culture of gloves is a special subject in our school. Would you like to act?

 T: First, let’s know the play. Please watch the cartoon and try to answer the questions.

   Q1: Who are in the cartoon? ( Teach: Billy)

   Q2: What is the cartoon about?

1. The subjects on Monday.
2. The lessons on Monday ( 教学 Monday)

   Q3: What lessons do they have on Monday morning?

   Q4: What lessons do they have on Monday afternoon?

2. Learn the lines

  指导朗读 (先听，再指名读，再齐读)

 第二句： Billy likes Music. They have Music this morning. He will be very happy. Please read happily.

第4句： Sam likes PE. They have PE this afternoon. So he is very happy too.

第5句： Sam is hit by the football. He may be angry and sad. Can you read it emotionally?

 要求： 1) Three students a group  2)Choose one role to act  3) Let’s practise.

Step5. To show yourself

1. T: Now let’s show yourself. How to introduce yourself? Let’s listen to Yang Ling and tick the right answer.

 听力原文：Hello, I’m Yang Ling. Nice to see you. I’m 12 years old.

I like English. It’s fun. I like PE too. I can skate well. I don’t like Maths.

In my dream, we have English, Chinese and Music this morning.

And we have Art, Science, and PE this afternoon.

2. Check the answer.

 T：How old is Yang Ling?

What subjects does she like?

What subjects doesn’t she like?

In her dream, what lessons do they have this morning?

What about this afternoon?

T: Have you got the answer?

3. 策略指导

 T: Yang Ling introduces herself from 4 parts. First, name and age. How to introduce name and age? ( I’m ...)

T: How to introduce the subjects you like? ( I like...)

T: What about the subjects you don’t like?

T: What lessons do they have?  ( I have...)

T: But this is not true, so you should say “in my dream” (指导)

4. 自我介绍

T: Please complete the fact sheet. Then try to introduce yourself. If you can speak loudly, fluently, and confidently, yo can get three stars.

5. 小结：You can show yourself now. You are great.
