Look at the pictures and answer the questions.1. Who are they? 2. In which book are they the main characters?3. Which character do you like best? 4. What do you think of Sun Wu kong? What can he do ?(引出生词：make 72 changes, turn himeself into objects,magic stick)Step 4 Reading Work on 3a: Tell Ss to read the article in 3a quickly and try to find the main ideas to the paragraphs: The Monkey King is not just normal monkey. He can do magical things. (P  )Western children are also becoming interested in the stories of  the Monkey King . (P  )The Monkey King is new to pupils in England but not to Chinese children.
