(1)Ask students to discuss :What did you do during summer vacation? (2)Show some pictures and let students try to speak in English/
Let’s learn (1)Work on 1a. a. student read the phrases loudly and match the activities with the pictures (a—g). b. the teacher point out the past tense of the verbs. c. student play a game to consolidate these phrases. (2)Listening activity :work on 1b
(3)Pair work :work on 1c Students look at the picture on ppt and practice in pairs. A: where did Tina go on vacation? B:She went to the mountains. (3)Listening activity :work on 2a and 2b
b. Play the recording second time. Students check “Yes, I did” or “ No, I didn’t” as they hear. Check the answers.
(1)Listening to the radio again and report like this:
