辨析：and 和with
1.and是连词，可以连接两个或两个以上的并列连词或短语，或用于把两个或两个以上的并列关系、动作先后关系或者是有条件和结果关系的句子连接起来。
例句：She likes apples and ranges. 她喜欢苹果和桔子。（两个宾语并列） Lucy sings and dances n the stage. 露西在台上又唱又跳。（两个动作并列） He did his hmewrk and then cleaned his rm. 他做了作业，然后打扫了房间。（表示动作的先后关系）
（1）带着；牵着……（表动作特征） 例：He carried the bk with him. 他带着一把伞。

（3）和……一起（居住、吃、喝、玩、交谈……） 例：Can yu g with me?你能和我一起去吗？
