第一课时Section A (1a-2e)

Learning Goals:

In this lesson, the students will talk about how to get to places with such patterns as: How do you get to …? I take the …/I get to …by…  Talk about time and distances with How questions. Listen for vehicles and numbers.

Teaching and learning steps:

Step I. Pre-listening activities

1. Preview

Ask the Ss to translate the following Chinese into English. First ask the Ss to put them into English orally。Then let them write English down without looking at the textbooks.

Ask the Ss to translate the following sentences.

本节课亮点：

1. 预习部分的词组和句子都是本节课的重要语言知识，该部分预习内容可以帮助学生更有目的性的预习。同时通过检测学生的预习效果，教师可以更有针对性地教，学生可以更有针对性的学。

2. 导入部分，联系所学知识，在真实的语境中逐步引导学生进入新课，让学生体会到所学的语言在生活中是可以学以致用的。

3. 家庭作业分层布置，让学习能力强的同学做更能体现他们高水平的作业。

不足：

学生在做口语练习时已忘记三单。同时对于take… to … 和 go to…by陈述时出错较多。教师应该多指导学生如何陈述句子并结合实际多练习，结合情境，做到学以致用。

使用注意事项：

1. 预习内容一定要提前布置给学生，便于学生更有目的性的去预习，提高课上做题速度。

2．尽可能创设情境，让学生在情境中感受如何询问到达某地。在实际生活中能够学以致用，培养学生学习英语的兴趣，让他们在说中逐步感知语言知识。
