《LESSON 4》教学设计

The main topic in this lesson is knowing numbers 7and 8.At the same time, it aims to educate students to attach importance to safety and lock doors and windows at home.

【知识目标】

（1）Be able to listen, speak, read, write words: gate, gates, seven, eight.

（2）Be able to write the plural form of some daily objects.

【能力目标】

Understand the dialogue and use it flexibly in the situation.

【情感态度价值观目标】

（1）Educate students to attach importance to safety and lock doors and windows at home.

（2）When the students are home alone, don't open the door to strangers.

【教学重点】

Look at pictures, understand the meaning and use them in context.

【教学难点】

Using the phrase lock the gate and open the gate means locking the door and opening the door and judging the sound.

Step 1: Warm up

1．Free talk:

T: Good morning, everyone. How are you today?

S: Fine, thank you. What about you?

T: I’m fine, too. Look at it.（课件展示出一个大门图片）

T: Do you want to go in? Why?

S: Yes, the tigers are so cute. /No, I’m scared of them.

The teacher show some pictures of the gate and ask question that do you have been to these places? Then students answer Yes.

Step 2: Presentation

1. Listen, look and say

T: First, let’s look some new words.（由图片引出单词。读出单词。）

Follow me, please. Gate, g-a-t-e, gate, there is a gate.

（1）Use the same method to elicit gates, seven, eight.

（2）The teacher leads students to read new words for several times.

（3）The teacher plays teaching tape, and students repeat after aloud.

（4）The teacher carry out the contents of the textbook according to the slide.

2. Do it

（1）Listen to the tape and repeat the two sentences.

（2）Teacher explain the Chinese meaning of opening the door/locking the door.

（3）The teacher divides the student into the group, shows the singular form, lets the student answer the plurality form,, sees which group wins.

（4）The teacher shows the singular and plural contrast, so that students can find different.

3. Listen and check

（1）According to the textbook exercise, there are three small questions,

（2）The teacher plays the recording, and students listen to the tape carefully and select the corresponding number.

（3）Present the correct answer through PPT.

（4）And then teacher replays the tape, students read follow her.

4. Listen and number.
