教学目标
1. 听懂、理解、会说以下目标语言。
四会单词:know, travel, hear, lake
句型:be going to…(一般将来时)
其他语言点: east,west,south,north ,plan, hear,
travel around,capital, province,the Great Wall,the longest,the West Lake,the most famous, be famous for, terracotta army,something more, We are going to visit…
2.让学生能在具体的语境中,较为准确地运用目标单词和短语;会初步运用be going to的句型;初步培养学生在问题引导下从语篇中找出目标信息的能力;使学生能较为准确地朗读课文。
3.让学生了解课文中所提及的祖国各地的名胜古迹,培养爱国主义情怀。
学情分析 :
六年级的学生通过几年的英语学习,他们已经掌握了一定的单词和句型,能够进行简单的交流,也能够表达真实的情感。他们对新的语言会表现出好奇,但是还不能灵活运用所学句型,需要运用不同的教学方法吸引他们的注意力,通过各种方式反复练习,不断强化,才能巩固所学。
重 点:
听懂、理解、会说以下目标语言。

教学过程
一、导入
Teacher talks about travel.(出示课件)
T:I like travelling. I am going to travel around China during the summer holidays. I am going to visit Xinjiang,Guilin, Shanghai …. There are many interesting and famous places to visit in China. Where are you going to visit during the summer holidays?
S1:I am going to visit…
S2:I am going to visit…
S3:I am going to visit…
S4:I am going to visit…
设计意图:选取贴近学生实际生活的情景——旅游,让他们都有话可说,渗透一般将来时的用法,为新课的学习打基础。
二、Presentation
- Lily and her parents are going to travel around China during the
summer holidays.
T:Let`s know about Lily`s family`s travel plan.(板书)Do you know the places? Who can come to the front and find the places in the map?(出示课件)
设计意图:让学生指出Lily将要去的旅游地点,吸引学生的
注意力,调动他们学习的积极性,培养他们的观察能力。
2.Talk about Beijing. (出示课件)
T: Where is Lily going to visit in the first week?
S:She is going to visit Beijing in the first week.(板书)
Have the students repeat . Then ask and answer in pairs.
T:Do you know what it is ?
S: 长城。
T: Yes. It’s the Great Wall.

T: I also know Beijing is the capital of China.

3.Talk about Harbin (出示课件)
T: Where is Lily going to visit in the first week?

T:Yes. It’s in Heilongjiang Province.

4.Talk about Xi`an(出示课件)

设计意图:能够简单运用一般将来时be going to来描述Lily的行程,利用课件学习这些城市的名胜古迹,所在省市和所在的方位。

设计意图:通过听录音,让学生整体感知和初步理解语篇。

设计意图:通过问题引导,培养学生从语篇中快速找出目标信息的能力。同时帮助学生理清文章结构,培养学生的口头表达能力。
