专题强化练(二十一) 概要写作()阅读下面短文,根据其内容写一篇60词左右的内容概要。AIt is early  in the morning and  I've hardly caught any shuteye. My breakfast of eggsbread and strong coffee will keep me awake and alert before lunch. After lunchI will face an afternoon of yawning in the office.Sometimes I feel uneasy about this situation but I am sure that I am not alonefor it is not too much to say that we all seem to be yawning more often. Are we turning into a generation of insomniacs (患失眠症的人)? How is modern life influencing our sleep patterns? We can start by blaming the light bulb and other forms of manmade light.Experts say that on average people go to bed and wake up two hours later than the previous generation.Thenthere are the computers.Research led by Professor Charles Czeisler of Harvard Medical School has shown that people who read electronic  books before going to bed take longer time to fall asleep. They have lower levels of melatonina chemical which controls our body clock. And they're less active in the morning.Professor Czeisler saidIn the past 50 yearsthere has been a decrease in average sleep length and quality.Since more people are choosing electronic devices for readingcommunication and entertainmentespecially teenagers who already experience serious sleep lossresearch on the longterm influence of these devices on health and safety is urgently needed. So the first thing to do if you want to have a restful night is leave computers out of the bedroom. The earlier you get your fingers off the keyboardthe sooner you tend to fall asleep.Avoid alcoholas it might reduce our cycles of the “rapid eye movement” sleepwhen our brains process the information we have received during the day.It prevents our brain activity going well. And do not eat nuts or cheese in the evening. After thatif you still cannot sleepstart counting sheep.Maybe that is the best way to avoid another afternoon of yawning in the office.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________【参考范文】Modern people suffer from sleeplessness and consequently get into a state of tiredness easily.(要点1) This phenomenon results from the negative effects of artificial light and computers.(要点2) So in order to solve the problempeople are advised to reject computersresist alcohol as well as refuse nuts or cheese before bedtime.(要点3)Even counting sheep may help solve the problem in some way.(要点4)BDo you ever wonder why the weather seems unpredictable these days? The unpredictability of the weather is caused by global warmingor climate change.Global warming is caused by the gradual increase in the earth's average temperature.Climate scientists agree on the primary cause of global warming.According to KarlMelillo and Petersonthe atmosphere is trapping heat from the emission of certain gasessuch as water vapormethanecarbon dioxideand nitrous oxide. This is mainly the fault of humans. We ought to be concerned about the potential danger of global warming. Not only will global warming cause many economic problemsbut it will also destroy the land and even kill people. Many economic problems will be caused by global warmingespecially if we wait to address the issue. The change in climate makes already drought areas grow drier with the heat. This affects agriculture in a negative way.If the ground is too dryfarmers will have a hard time preparing the soil in order to produce good crops.Dry soil doesn't allow grass to grow effectively.Without the nutritious grass needed for grazing(放牧)and with the additional problem of heat stressmany farm animals may become sickcausing farmers even more expenses.Another economic problem caused by global warming involves cooling systems.According to Jeff Sprossthe constant warming of the earth will result in greater efforts to reduce heat in public places and to cool down homes. The energy it takes to keep buildings cool will cost over $200 a year per person. The increased temperature of the earth can also cause heat strokes and exhaustion in humansmaking it nearly impossible for people to work outside. This will lower the labor productivity because many occupationssuch as park rangermailmanlandscape architect and farmerrequire outdoor activities. As discussed briefly aboveglobal warming can destroy land.Global warming is not just a slight problem—it's fatal.Instead of waiting and allowing the problem to get worsewe need to take action against global warming immediately._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________【参考范文】The fault of humans causes global warmingwhich may cause many problems.(要点1) Global warming makes drought areas grow drier with the heatcausing farmers more expenses.(要点2)It will make the cost of keeping buildings cool much higher and add great difficulty to working outside.(要点3)Thereforewe should take action against global warming immediately.(要点4)C(2020·浙江嘉兴期中)Most people around the world are righthanded. This fact also seems to have held true throughout history. In 1977 scientists studied works of art made at various times in history. Most of the people shown in these works of art are righthandedso scientists guessed that righthandedness has always been common. But what do Leonardo da VinciMarie Curieand Albert Einstein have in common? They were all lefthanded along with other famous people including Brad PittPrince Williamand Barack Obama. In factan estimated 13 percent of the world's population may be lefthanded. Many researchers claim to have found relationships between lefthandedness and various physical and mental characteristicssuch as blond hairblue eyesand sleep difficulties.Other studies have found a higherthannormal level of lefthanded people in certain  occupations (职业)including professional baseball playersarchitectsas well as prisoners.Howeversome of these connections are very weakand others have not been proven. What makes a person become righthanded rather than lefthandedOne simple idea suggests that people normally get righthandedness from their parents.Studies have found that two righthanded parents have only a 9.5percent chance of having a lefthanded childwhile two lefthanded parents have a 26percent chance of having a lefthanded child.Another common theory is that lefthanded people suffer mild brain damage during birthwhich makes them lefthanded.    Whatever the reasons behind itpeople's attitudes toward lefthandedness have changed a lot over the years.Statistics show that although 13 percent of young people are lefthandedonly six percent of the elderly are lefthanded.Lefthanded children used to be punished until they began using their right hand like other childrenbut today people who are lefthanded are no longer looked down on nor are they considered abnormal. For most people todayeither case is perfectly acceptable. There are even a number of shops now selling products for lefthanded peoplesuch as lefthanded can openersguitarsand even a lefthanded camera.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________【参考范文】While most of the world's population is righthanded, a minority are lefthanded. (要点1)Many researchers claim lefthandedness has something to do with physical and mental features and professions, but these assumptions lack solid evidence. (要点2) Some think lefthandedness is genetic while others attribute it to mild brain injury during birth. (要点3)Nowadays, people's attitudes toward lefthandedness have changed a lot with the whole society accepting lefties more than before.(要点4)
