【教学内容】
Part 4
【教学目标】
(一)知识与技能
- 能听、说、读新词ocean, dangerous & closer.
- 能听懂整个故事,感知故事中的语言,能在教师的引导下复述故事并能表演自己喜欢的故事片段。
- 提炼和加工信息并能够进行呈现展示。
(二)方法与过程
1. 体验学习教学法,学生亲自参与知识的建构,亲历过程并在过程中体验知识和体验情感;
2. 从带着问题听录音初步了解故事梗概,到看图捋清故事的开始,发展和结局,最后总结故事告诫的经验教训。
(三)态度,情感和价值观
通过情感熏陶,培养学生坚持不懈的精神。梦想面前永不言弃。
【教学重点】
- 提高学生根据提示找出关键信息的能力;
2. 通过绘本阅读,激发孩子自主阅读的兴趣。
3. 帮助学生理清故事的脉络;
- 帮助学生总结归纳故事的经验教训,鞭策自己勇敢追逐梦想。
【教学难点】
- 理解故事背后的寓意,学习兔子在困难面前的机智,在追逐梦想途中的不放弃精神。
- 在一节课的时间里掌握故事重点知识,并重组语言。
【教学准备】

【教学过程】
Step 1 Warm up
- 播放《西游记》片头曲:敢问路在何方。唐僧师徒四人也是历经艰险最终抵达目的地,与本次要教授的故事大致。
- 展示唐僧四人的图片。师问:Who is he?What is his dream? Is it easy to make his dream come true? 介绍今天的主人翁:the rabbit。
Step 2 Presentation
1. 观察图一(无文字),进行封面阅读,回答Where is the rabbit? 播放图一录音,学生带着问题听What’s the rabbit’s dreams? 教授the ocean。
2. 再次观察图一,猜测小兔子和青蛙老鼠的关系,再次播放图一录音, 模仿frog和mouse,教授far,dangerous
师:So,is it easy for rabbit to get to the ocean?板书:too far,too dangerous, 问学生,路上可能会遇到什么困难?当生答迷路时,问生怎么办?Ask the way.
3. 听图片2~7录音,How many animals does the rabbit meet? 打开书,读故事,拿笔圈出动物,回答Who are they?生:lion,snake。
师:What does the lion say? Who can be the lion? (生读) Pay attention to the voice.(very low~) (提醒学生云形标注里不是狮子说出来的话,这是inner voice,真实的想法)
师:Does the lion really want to help the rabbit? What does the lion actually want to do? So the lion wants to eat the rabbit for breakfast. He is dangerous.(板书lion-breakfast) All the boys be the dangerous lion. Let’s read picture③. “I’ll get you.”
4. Look at picture 4. How’s the rabbit feeling now? (PPT)
The rabbit is very glad. (板书:the rabbit’s feelings-glad )
- 师:What about the snake? What does it say? Who can be the snake? (生读) All the girls be the snake. “Sorry, I can’t hear you. Come closer. Got you! Oh, no.”
师:Why does the snake say come closer? – Come closer the snake can eat the rabbit. (板书:snake-dinner)
- Look at picture7. How’s the rabbit feeling now? (PPT)
The rabbit is very lucky. (板书:the rabbit’s feelings-lucky )
Step 3 Show time
小组合作,表演图片1-7的内容,并在全班面前进行展示。
Step 4 Self-learning
- 听录音,使用慧话宝,学生自主阅读图片8-11内容,回答Is the rabbit in danger again? Does the rabbit's dream come true(实现)? Who help the rabbit?
- 听图片8,回答How’s the rabbit feeling now? (PPT)
The rabbit is very scared.(板书:the rabbit’s feelings-scared )
The elephant says “I can’t help you. Ask the owl.” (板书elephant-ask the owl)
What does the owl say? “It’s this way.” (板书owl-this way)
Then the rabbit can go to the ocean. How’s the ocean? (展示大海的壮美)– It’s very beautiful.
- Read picture 8-11 together.
- Listen to the last picture. (PPT出最后一幅图) Read after the recording. Try to answer the questions.
How’s the rabbit feeling now? – He feels tired but very happy. (板书:the rabbit’s feelings-tired but happy )让学生伴随着优美的音乐再次朗诵最后一段。
Step 5 Summary
- 师:Finally, the rabbit makes his dream come true. What do you think of him?
生:I think he is brave. He can run fast. He is gritty.
- Free talk : What can you learn from the rabbit? Choose the right sentence you
A. Where there is a will, there is a way. 有志者事竟成。B. Keep trying, and you can do it. 坚持不懈,成功有望。C. Don't be afraid. Try your best to make your dream come true. 不惧怕艰难险阻,直达梦想彼岸。
Step 6 Exercise: Choose and finish the story.
A. Excuse me. Can you tell me the way to India?
B. Got you!
C. I want to go to India.
D. Come with me. I'll show you.
E. Let's go to India together.
F. People for dinner, yummy!
G. Let me help you.
H. Help! Help! Who can help me?
I. Would you go with me?
J. Sure, this way.
Step 9 Homework
续编故事: what will happen in the rabbit's dream? Try to write it down if you can.
Step 10 After-class
给学生看《西游记》“敢问路在何方”的英文版歌曲
师:The pronunciation(发音) of this song is not very standard(标准). Do you find it?But it is the best version(译本) I can find on the web. So, I have a dream, I hope I can teach well, and you can learn well. Thus, we can introduce Chinese culture to the world together in a better way, to make the foreigners know China and Chinese well!
