I'm srry t hear that yu're having truble balancing yur studies and extracurricular activities. I'm writing t ffer sme advice that might help yu imprve yur time management.
First f all, I recmmend creating a daily plan by wrking ut yur tasks and deadlines. Yu can see clearly hw yur day is rganized and make sure everything gets dne, which will keep yu fcused and wrk effectively. What’s mre, it’s wise t put yur tasks in rder f imprtance. Find ut what are the mst imprtant and d thse first. In this way, yur mind will be fresh and unnecessary stress will be avided.
