As is the case with dgs, a twitching (抽动) tail can mean a little anger while a tail held high suggests cnfidence. Nuclear expert Peng Shilu nce said that he nly did tw things in his entire life: ne was t build nuclear submarines(核潜艇), and the ther t build nuclear pwer plants.
