Recently, a study cvering mre than 100,000 peple in Nrthwest China has revealed chsing rice as a staple fd may result in a lwer risk f besity.
Researchers frm Xi'an Jiatng University cllected data frm participants aged 35 t 74 frm five nrthwestern regins.
