It was El Sistema that gave him a vilin three years later.

In a letter he has written fr the Web’s 32nd birthday tday, Sir Tim is calling fr a glbal push t cnnect all yung peple safely t the Internet.
    Sir Tim’s letter replies t a reprt frm United Natins Children’s Fund (UNICEF) at the end f last year, which shwed tw- thirds f the wrld’s schl- age children-1.3 billin children aged 3 t 17-dn’t have an Internet cnnectin in their hmes. The fear is that this nt enugh Internet access (机会) culd cst them their futures by separating them frm the wrld, and keeping educatin ut f reach.
    UNICEF says a digital divide means children and yung peple frm the prest families and cuntries are missing ut. And it is cncerned that these children are falling even further behind ther children, with very little pprtunity t catch up.
    Tday’s letter, published by Sir Tim and Rsemary Leith frm the Web Fundatin, stresses yung leaders wh are using digital technlgy t tackle sme f the wrld’s prblems like inequality, envirnmental issues and ther glbal challenges.

    The Ht r Cl Institute in Berlin says a wardrbe (衣柜) f 74 pieces f clthing (including shes but nt underwear) is enugh fr peple in a tw-seasn climate and 85 fr thse in a fur-seasn climate like mst Australians. If we buy 10 t 12 new things a year, we can replace ur clthing in abut seven years.
