活动一:激活已知(Brainstrm)
Befre watching,ask students t discuss what they knw abut Mars.
【设计意图】在观看视频之前,让学生相互交流、讨论他们所知道的关于火星的情况,通过思考、相互交流、相互启发,充分调动学生学习的积极性。
活动二:看前预测(Predict)
1.Befre watching the vide,g thrugh the sentences n Page 48 in Befre Yu Watch with students and make sure they understand their meanings.
2.Ask students t decide whether they are true r false accrding t their wn knwledge abut the Mars.
3.Play the vide fr students t watch and get the answers.
4.Check yur answers.

活动三:获取与梳理

1.Ask students t wrk in pairs. One student acts as a pace expert and the ther acts as a reprter Ask them t use what they have learnt frm the vide as well as what they knw t make up an interview.
2.Share their interviews with the whle class.
【设计意图】虽然困难重重,但人类对火星的探索从未停止。学生可以通过电影、专题片或新闻报道了解有关于火星探索的内容。因此建议组成小组,让对火星了解较多的学生作为被采访者,其他成员作为记者,进行采访活动,活跃课堂气氛,提高学生参与度。

Lee was busy at wrk. Unlike mst peple arund the wrld thugh, his wrkplace was in space. There was a prblem with a satellite. It was suppsed t send infrmatin
abut the sun back t the agency n Earth,but the equipment fr sending the data was nt wrking prperly. S it was Lee’s missin t figure ut the prblem and slve it.
Lee was very intelligent as an astrnaut,and he was als very careful. He was determined t make the satellite wrk prperly again,but he wuld make sure t be safe. He knew that ne small mistake culd result in death.

During the first mn landing,astrnauts had n vehicles t use,s they had t explre the mn n ft. On the furth missin t land n the mn,astrnauts tk a lunar vehicle s that they culd explre places further away.
3.Astrnauts must wear spacesuits when they wrk in space because there is n air t breathe and it can be very cld utside the spacecraft. While sleeping,they must attach themselves t smething s as t prevent flating arund.
4.The accident n the apll 13 spacecraft resulted in a lss f xygen,water,and electrical pwer. The astrnauts n bard had t fight t survive. At the same time,Hustn’s Missin Cntrl wrked hard t help the astrnauts return t Earth safely.
