Nanhi Singh, a security advisr at Imperva, said that bts are currently ne f grwing threats facing almst every industry.
Bts are generally designed t visit websites and independently search fr many kinds f nline infrmatin. They are able t perate at much greater speeds than humans and can prcess repeated searches and prcess large amunts f data. Online search advisr Yast ntes that sme bts are cnsidered gd because they can be useful t individuals thrugh tls such as OpenAI's chatbt, ChatGPT. Sme thers are cnsidered malicius, because they are trained t hack, r break int netwrk cmputer systems. The study als suggested that sme cuntries have a much bigger prblem with bad bts than thers. Web traffic linked t bad bts in 2023 accunted fr 71 percent in Ireland while Germany was next, with 67.5 percent. The percentage f Mexic and the USA was reprted t be 42.8 percent and 35.4 percent respectively. Imperva even reprted that bad bt activity wuld lead t accunt takevers, which increased 10 percent in 2023 ver 2022. A new study examines pssible harm caused by micrscpic pieces f plastic that end up inside peple's bdies. These materials -knwn as micrplastics and nanplastics - can enter the bdy thrugh the air r in fd r drinks.
One new study suggests the buildup f such plastics inside the bdy can increase the risk f a strke, heart attack r death. But the researchers nted the evidence presented cannt prve a direct link between tiny plastic materials and heart prblems.
