课程标准写作要求基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。综合语言 运用能力的形成建立在学生的语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意 识等整体素养的基础上。语言知识和语言技能是综合语言运用能力的基础。以下是 新课标写作能力的要求：

　　中考写作考查形式：
　　写作解题步骤与策略1. 写作八步法：①详细审题，判定体裁； ②明确题材，确定时态、人称； ③按照要求，锁定要 点； ④根据要点，选定词句； ⑤文笔流畅，结构紧凑； ⑥一气呵成，誊写清楚； ⑦审慎推敲，消灭遗漏； ⑧单词拼写，时态、语态、语气，主谓、标点皆须细致检 查。遵照八法，水到渠成！
2. 写作策略。（1）袖手于前，疾速于后。袖手于前：开写之前，仔细审题，明确要求，把握要点，计划好大框架（时态、语 态、语气；人称、题材、体裁；大致的句式、重要的单词）。疾速于后：锁定主题，开门见山，简明扼要，多用短句，一气呵成，不可回头看。（2）避实就虚，步步为营。避实就虚：遇到无把握的词句，尽量避开，采用相同的表达方式绕过去。步步为营：从谋篇到书写，步步认真，不可懈怠。
A. 回答问题（共10分）　　“回答问题”是2020年广东中考英语的新题型。它要求考生阅读一篇200词左 右的短文，对阅读信息进行二次加工，归纳要点，整合零散信息，并用完整的句子 回答文后的5个问题。　　与过去的“信息归纳”题型相比，回答要求从词汇的提取书写，提升到了信息 点的提取且造句。除了要求学生具备信息提取的能力，对学生的遣词造句能力也有 很高的要求。　　从近几年广东中考英语真题来看，在“回答问题”的5个小题中，有4个小题的 答案都可以在原文中直接找出对应的原句，有1个小题需要对原文中的信息句进行 句式变换后再作答，如由被动语态改为主动语态等。
【技巧点拨】做“回答问题”时，需注意：所有回答都要注意动词的时态和人称代词的使用。以 下是常考的提问句型及其对应的回答方式。
1. 一般疑问句：（1）Be 动词开头：问：Is/Are/Was/Were…？答：Yes， 代词＋is/are/was/were.或N， 代词＋isn’t/aren’t/wasn’t/weren’t.（2）助动词开头：问：D/Des/Did…？答：Yes， 代词＋d/des/did.或N， 代词＋dn’t/desn’t/didn’t.
（3）情态动词开头（以will和can为主）：问：Can…？答：Yes， 代词＋can. /N， 代词＋can’t.问：Will…？ 答：Yes， 代词＋will. /N， 代词＋wn’t.
2. 特殊疑问句：先确定特殊疑问词的意思：（1）Wh-型：What（什么）； When（什么时候）； Wh（谁）； Where（哪里）； Which（哪一个）；Why（为什么）；Whse（谁的）。
（2）Hw型：Hw（怎么样）； Hw many（多少）； Hw much（多少，问价格）；Hw ften（问频率）； Hw lng（问多长时间/长度）； Hw far（问距离）； Hw sn （问多久之后）。在题干中选取关键词，并在文中找出相应的关键句。
某些特殊疑问词有特定的回答形式：问：Why…？答：Because＋句子. /Because f＋名词或名词短语. 问：Hw lng（多长时间）…？ 答：Fr＋一段时间. 问：Hw sn…？ 答：In＋一段时间.
3. 选择疑问句：由选择疑问句（A r B）来提问文章的细节。（选择A或者B来回答）

B. 书面表达（共15分）书面表达评分标准1. 评分原则与方法从内容与语言两方面予以分档给分。内容方面要求考生能完整地按写作要点进行表 述，要点详略得当、表述合理，词数符合写作要求。语言方面要求考生表达准确连 贯、符合逻辑。允许考生合理运用原文句式结构，但不可以照抄原文。如考生把文 章所给出的开头部分抄写在答题卡上，不扣分（即使抄写有错误）。
