The much-lved cmbinatin f beer and chips is being explited fr the first time t deal with climate change. A firm has adpted a technique which it says will cut CO2 emissin (排放) frm its prductin prcess by 70%.
The technlgy will use CO2 captured frm beer prcessing in a brewery(啤酒厂), which is then mixed with ptat waste and turned int fertilizer. It will then be spread n UK fields t feed the fllwing year’s ptat crp. Creating fertilizer nrmally prduces high CO2 emissin, but the technlgy adpted by the firm makes fertilizer withut generating CO2. S, the beer-and-chips cmbinatin perfrms a duble functin.
