In certain stres, Albanians, Bsnians, Serbs, and Mntenegrins all reunite, using the languages f the frmer Yugslavia as if the cuntry still existed. N grup has a majrity, r even 15. percent f the neighbrhd, and mst are at just 5 r 10 percent. English acts, fr the mst part, as a vital lingua franca (通用语).
