In an effrt t reduce the amunt f debris rbiting the Earth, sme experts suggest creating “rbital-use fees.” A grup f ecnmists at the University f Clrad at Bulder prpsed a yearly fee, r tax, n satellite peratrs fr their use f an rbital path. Matthew Burgess helped write the study.
