    Amy Jandrisevits used t wrk as a scial wrker in a children’s hspital in America. She ften used dlls t help children feel mre hpeful. "Dlls have the pwer that we dn’t cmpletely understand,” she said.

    The news spread quickly. Jandrisevits made dlls fr children with scars and birthmarks that lked like them. And she set up a nnprfit rganizatin, A Dll Like Me.
    Jandrisevits nw wrks frm hme seven days a week. She spends abut eight hurs making each dll. S far, Jandrisevits has made mre than fur hundred dlls. The waiting list is lng, but she has never thught f stpping the prject. She said, “Every kid shuld be able t lk int the sweet face f a dll and see his r her wn.”
