I talked t Dr. Sue, its Executive and Medical Directr.
    Dr. Sue tld me that the rganizatin dealt with a number f aspects f turtle cnservatin, including rescue, settlement, birth prgrams, research, and educatin. Sue explained that suthern Ontari is hme t a vast majrity f turtles in Canada, but is als ne f the vastest rad netwrks f the cuntry.
    “Ninety percent f injured turtles brught in are caused by cars. These turtles spend a lt f time n land. And they d travel many kilmeters n land fr a variety f reasns, t find a nesting spt, r t hang ut fr the summer r winter. Turtles knw where they want t g. S, just keep them ging in the directin they want t g and yu may have saved a turtle’s life,” Dr. Sue said.
