China successfully sent up 22 new satellites in ne g n Sunday mrning. This really set a new natinal recrd.
A Lng March-8 carrier rcket blasted ff tgether with the 22 small satellites at 11:06 a.m., and after flying fr mre than 15 minutes, they all ran int their designed rbit.
The satellites were built by seven institutes and cmpanies; each f them has their wn tasks including cllecting cmmercial remte-sensing data, envirnmental research, frest fire preventin and disaster reductin.

Tday’s launch marks the 409th missin f China’s Lng March rcket series.
This is the secnd launch f the Lng March-8 rcket, and it was designed by the China Academy f Launch Vehicle Technlgy (CALT) aiming at cmmercial launches. The first missin was finished in late 2020.
