设计说明 通过对Reading部分所学内容的回顾,引导学生在此基础上展开自己的思考,并为完成问卷调查的任务做好铺垫。通过对问卷内容的阅读,一方面为下面完成投诉信的任务做好铺垫,另一方面也训练了学生的表达能力,为写作做准备。学生通过完成表格的任务,对所获取的信息进行分类整理,完成任务的同时,也对投诉信的写作框架有了更深刻的理解。通过归纳整理投诉信的写作框架,帮助学生进一步了解此类信件的写作要求,为本课写作任务的顺利开展扫清障碍。最后完成一篇投诉信的写作。 教学目标 通过本课节的教学,让学生达成以下目标: 1.知识目标 掌握词汇:satisfied, completely, regret, product, be satisfied with, first of all 2.能力目标 (1)阅读一份调查问卷; (2)用调查问卷中的信息补全一封投诉信; (3)完成一篇投诉信。 3.情感目标 学习投诉信的书写, 提高学生的维权意识。 重点难点 1. 重点:掌握关于投诉信写作的词组和句式。 2. 难点:完成一篇投诉信。 教学准备 PPT课件;相关图片 授课时数 1课时 教学过程 Step 1 Lead-in 1. Ask students to have a free talk about robots.

Ask students to help Daniel complete his letter. Dear Sir/Madam, Robot model number HUGO123BB Two weeks ago, I bought a robot from your shop. However, I am not satisfied with it at all. First of all, I am unhappy with its batteries. They last for one week at most, so I have to change them often. I think they should last for at least (1) ___________. I think a robot should work (2)_____________, and I want my robot (3)____________. However, this robot is very lazy. I need to give it instructions all the time. Otherwise, I need to do everything myself. The quality of this robot is not up to standard either. A good robot should only need checking (4)_____________.
