Nwadays, an increasing/grwing number f peple attach imprtance t exercise. There are 3 types f exercise: aerbic activities, strength training and flexibility training.
Regular exercise des wnders fr ur bdy and mind. Fr ne thing, physical activity can increase the efficiency f ur heart and lungs. Fr anther, exercise is gd fr ur mental health. It can help reduce stress and get ver negative feelings.
Hwever, hw t avid injury is als f great imprtance. First, we shuld remember t warm up befre exercising and stretch after exercising. Secnd, wearing prper clthes and equipment is a must. Finally, d nt skip meals r eat t much befre exercising which may d harm t yur bdy.
