设计思路：本节课是基于《自然拼读与小学英语绘本阅读相融合的实践研究》的课题背景下设计的。由几种水果的相同形状引出“It’s a circle.”在练习过程中自然的导入Hw many…?的句型，再通过辨别图形认识正方形，学生通过观察发现正方形是由线段构成的，连接两个点又可以成一条线，整节课自然流畅，学生在轻松、快乐的氛围中学习。在教授新单词时，运用自然拼读韵律操教会学生轻松的拼读英语单词，进一步培养学生见词能读的能力，提高学生的个人素养。在拓展环节，引进绘本阅读，提高学生的语言运用能力，培养阅读兴趣，同时利用思维导图，发散学生的思维，创造性的续编绘本内容，培养创新精神，从而提高学习能力。
