    1. Lead in

    (1)  Enjoy a video ! And think Whats the video about?.

    (2)  Show the meaning of New Years Resolutionpromise, decision.

    (3)  Show top 7 resolutions and ask Have you ever made similar resolutions?

    (4)  Show a new topic :What are you going to do next? Then present 7 pictures and answer : She/He is going to ......   They are going   to ......(according to the tips)

    action ['ækʃn]                     n.行为;活动

    cartoon [kɑː'tuːn]                  n.卡通;漫画

    3.Pre-listening

    (1) Divide the words into 1a into 2 parts. (分成积极形容词和消极形容词)

    (2) Pair work: let one student ask What do you think of these TV shows or movies ,the other student answer and exchange.

    4.While-listening
