一.Analysis of the book
The purpose of this book is arousing the students’ interest in studying English; establish their confidence of learning English. Meanwhile, the book also attach importance to train students’ observation, thinking, imagination, and creativity. In this lesson, there are many interesting things related daily life, it can train the positive attitude to study English.
二.Analysis of the students
Students of Grade 4 have learned English for one year, and they have already had the basic knowledge of English. They are interested in the things in their daily life, and the content of this lesson is just about it.
三.Teaching objectives:

1 To understand and say the words: ship, car, taxi, bus, plane, train . [来源:Z。xx。k.Com]
2. To ask and answer the question: “Do you have something?” “Yes, I do” “No, I don’t”.
(2). Ability objectives:
1. Students can use new words to make conversations.
2. Students can use the dialogue in their daily life.
(3).Emotion objectives:
1. Students like English, cooperate with others.
2. Students can cherish their toys.
3.Students should have a sense of security when they travel by means of transportation.
四.Importances and difficulties
1.The meaning and pronunciation of the new word in this lesson.
2. Use the conservation in daily life.
3. Make new conversations with new words.

六.Teaching procedure
Step 1: review
( To help students prepare for class; review the chant She Has, She Can, and lead in the new sentence “Do you have something?”)
1. Review the chant She Has, She Can
procedure:
(1)Students read the chant, and point to their eyes, ears, nose and mouth.
(2)Then lead-in question: Do you have …?
Step 2: Teaching “Work in pairs”
(To ask and answer question: “Do you have„?”, and encourage students speak English loudly.)
procedure: (1)Teacher show some pictures and ask : Do you have …?
(2)Students work in pairs.
Step3 Teaching Let’s learn.
(To understand and remember the words: ship, car, bus, train, taxi, plane. And practice the sentences Do you have …? Yes, I do./No, I don’t.)
1. Teaching new words: ship, car
Procedure: (1)Teacher ask: Do you have a toy ship?(Teacher show a toy ship)
(2)Students practice word with their partners. (Use the same way to teach “car”) [来源:学#科#网]
2. Teaching new words: “taxi” “bus”
Procedure: (1)teach “taxi” from guessing the things teacher has.
(2)teach “bus” from guessing the picture of it.
(3)practice and consolidate
3. Teaching new words: plane, train
Procedure:
(1)Students listen to the voice of plane and train, then lead-in new words: plane, train.
(2)Ss read the words in loudly and silently.
(3)Practice the words with sentence “Do you have …?
4. Play games to practice the new words.
(1)What’s the missing words.
(2)Guessing the words.
(3)Find pictures.
( This part, when teaching the new words, teacher will ask students to follow the teacher and write word on their workbook. And, moreover, ask students to read each letter of word to make them know English letter well.)
Step 4: Listen and number the pictures.
( To consolidate the new words; train the students’ ability of listening.)
Procedure:
(1)Ss look at the pictures, and read the words.
(2)Ss listen to the tape, and number the pictures.
(3)Check the answers. Step 5: Teaching “Let’s talk”
( To consolidate the new words and sentences in this lesson; improve the students’ ability of communication.)

(4)Ss make a new conversation in groups.
Step6: Review the knowledge in the lesson and assign homework.
