Step 1:Warm up

①词汇复习，教师利用课件展示所学单词和短语。每次缺失一个，让学生开火车快速反映出所缺失的单词或短语。

②展示学校模型，学生二人运用Part A中所学的内容和同桌互相问答课室或场馆位置。

Step 2:Presentation

①教师播放Part A中Let's do的录音“听听做做”活动。教师提问：Where do we water the flowers？Ss：In the garden. T：Where do we read a book？Ss：In the library. T：Where do we have computer classes？Ss：In the computer room.教师出示“computer room”单词卡片，并问：How many computers are there in the  room？Ss：Forty.引出“forty”。T：How can we get to the computer room？Ss: This way，please.

板书新单词：computer room，class，forty，way

②教师展示出学校模型：并问学生：“Is that the computer room？”启发学生否定回答，并描述是何课室。即：No，it isn't. It's the teachers' office.教师问学生：“Do you have a library？”引导学生肯定回答：Yes，we do.并描述具体楼层：It's on the second floor.每组找一个代表，教师相继运用此句型询问，直至学生能进行应答。

③学生之间，相互练习此句型，学习对话。

④教师讲解“this”近指，“that”远指且“th”发音时咬舌。

Step 3：Consolidation and extension

①语篇听读训练。Chen Jie is introducing her school to a foreign friend. Let's see what she is introducing.

A.播放第一遍并让学生跟读。

B.播放第二遍并思考并回答问题:How many students are there in Chen Jie's class？Does Chen Jie have a library？

C.听第三遍理解大意。

②口头交际训练。邀请学生上台抽取人物头饰并进行分角色表演。

③趣味性操练，完成“Let's play.”同桌二人组，准备4张单词卡片：“library，computer room，classroom, teachers’ office”并排序，按一层层排好，随便抽取单词卡片如S1：Do you have a computer room？

S2：Yes，we do.

S1：Where is it？

S2：It's on the second floor.

④课堂小练习（选择）。

Step 4: Homework

和同桌表演“Let's talk”。



本课时的内容是学习在英语日常对话中介绍和询问学校课室和场馆所处的位置，要求学生能灵活运用句型“Do you have a…？Yes，we do. Where is it? It's on the first/second floor.”能在模拟的情境中询问他人课室的地点并回答他人的提问。同时引导学生区分“this”和“that”。
