Step 1. Revision To let students say something about Lin Tao.
Step2: Presentation Show some pictures of different famous people. Ask students what they can do. And then lead in different abilities of different students.

Step5: Speak-up Tell students that Sandy and Daniel are talking about what they can and can’t do. Listen to the conversation in Speak-up and answer some questions.
Step6: Extension Give the students some useful expressions. Ask them to make up a new dialogue according to the Speak-up.

Finish the exercises in the workbook.

教 后 反 思 | (上节课存在问题的解决情况、本课教学经验或问题描述、存在问题的原因分析、提出改进措施) In this “Integrated Skills” period, we learned something about parents’ meeting. The students had to listen to the report on Suzy, and tried to do some different tasks. In this period, some useful expressions about reports on students were introduced too. So at the beginning, I taught students some skills about how to write down the information they need quickly and correctly. Especially focus on the Key words in the sentences.
