    Frest bathing began in Japan in the 1980s. It is a practice called shinrin-yku, which can be translated as “taking in the medicine r air f the frest”. It has recently grwn mre ppular wrldwide.     Britain’s yungest app develper
    A 13-year-ld by, Aarn Bnd, designed a website and released (发布) three successful smartphne apps (应用软件). This made him Britain’s yungest app develper in 2011.
    “I have been interested in cmputers since I was yung”, says Aarn, as he explains hw his childhd interest in web design has turned int a business wrk.
    The idea f inventing an app came frm his friend Sebastian, aged 16, when the tw teenagers were travelling t schl ne day by bus. Sebastian gave Aarn a challenge. “D yu think yu can make a smartphne app?” he asked. Aarn said that he thught he culd, but that he wuld need a new cmputer and sme instructinal materials.
    S Sebastian lent him a cmputer and Aarn taught himself hw t design an app using bks and vides. “It tk me seven mnths t learn hw t d it”, says Aarn. While he used his cmputer skills t build the app, Sebastian wrked n develping the characters and imprving the design fr their game Spud Run.
