    There are several reasns why I vlunteer fr ECG. Firstly, as a newcmer t Australia I meet many great peple wh, like me, vlunteer sme f their time. We cver a large age range, but all lve gardens and helping thers.
    Secndly, thrugh wrking with ECG I have been lucky enugh t explre Sydney's Nrth Shre that I might nt have had the pprtunity t visit therwise.
    Finally, there are all thse wnderful peple we call “clients (客户)”, but are mre like friends when we visit them ften and tend their gardens. What great peple I have met, and the stries they have t tell — the family histries, where they cme frm and the reasns fr immigrating t Australia. I find it a privilege t have access t private gardens which, in many cases, have been the jy f their wners fr many years. Each ne is individual and reflects the character, needs and the histry f each family. Indeed, the gardens reflect the multicultural and histrical backgrund f Sydney.

    I had revealed (显示) my weakness, and in a place like the Arctic, yu have t be yurself, as there is nwhere t hide. These persnalities f asking fr help and shwing weakness are necessary fr wmen t master.
    I realized that by being myself, I culd succeed. I was selected fr the team. I realized that I culd achieve mre than I ever imagined — mre imprtantly, by sharing my stry with thers, I culd inspire them t take a step int the new wrld and reveal mre f their abilities.
