二、各档次取中间分数为各档次基准分
阅卷时,从头到尾看完一篇文章后,根据答卷整体性,确定该文章档次给出对应基准分;再根据文章具体情况,在基准分的基础.上,在本档次分值范围内加分或减分,确定最后得分。

应用文: 14--11-- 8--5--2。
续写: 23-- 18-- 13-- 8--3。
三、写作第一节
本部分分5档给分。
第1档1~3分,第2档4~6分,第3档7~9分,第4档10~12分,第5档13~15分。
量化评分标准.
评分公式9+4+2=15。
9: 内容要点分。每点3分,少一个要点扣3分。
4:语言表达分。涉及表达所使用的词汇和语法结构,要体现表达的丰富性、准确性和上下文的连贯性。
2:词数与书写分。词数不足80的酌情扣分,书写较差而影响交际的酌情扣分。
四、写作第二节
本部分分5档给分。
1. 21~25分与所给短文融洽度高,与所提供各段落开头语衔接合理。内容丰富,所使用语法结构和词汇丰富、准确,有效的使用了语句间的连接成分,使所续写短文结构紧凑。
2. 16~20分与所给短文融洽度高,与所给段落开头语衔接较为合理,内容比较丰富,比较有效地使用了语句间的连接成分。
3. 11~15分与所给短文关系较为密切,与所提供各段落开头语有一定程度的衔接,写出了若干有关内容,应用的语法结构和词汇能满足任务的要求,应用了简单的语句间的连接成分。
4.6~10分与所给短文有一定的关系,写出了一些有关内容,语法结构单调,词汇有限。
5. 1~5分产出内容较少,语法结构单调,词汇很有限。
量化评分标准
1. 15分为参考线,根据内容连贯性,情节合理性以及语言质量定档给分。
2.文章完成度高,结尾有情感升华加1~2分。
3.仅写一个段落则为三档中位分数13分,在此基础上根据内容语言加扣分。
4.词数少于150,扣一分。
5.抄袭阅读的作文给0分。
6.鼓励有难度的高级表达,分数可往上提一个档。
