这是一个否定疑问句，形式上是否定的，但实际上表达的是肯定意义，表示惊奇、赞赏或责备等语气。回答时要根据实际情况，肯定用Yes，否定用N。但是翻译成汉语时，Yes意为“不”，N意为“是的”。
eg: —Aren't yu a dctr？难道你不是医生吗？
—Yes，I am. 不，我是(医生)。
—Dn't yu knw her？你难道不认识她吗？
—N，I dn't. 是的，我不认识。
