    Despite his life challenges, Chris tries hard t stay psitive and wrk hard t vercme his difficulties. “Dn't tell me that I'll fail,” the yung man replies t thse wh tell him he can't d smething.
    Chris has always been athletic, s his father fund a Special Olympics Marathn Triathln prgram fr him t participate in. His father viewed the prgram as a fun thing they culd d tgether. He encuraged Chris t d smething that n ne had ever dne befre. He knew accmplishing a challenging event such as the Irnman Triathln wuld make an incredibly pwerful impact, nt nly n his sn but n many thers with disabilities. He asked Chris if he wuld be interested in participating in the mst challenging race. “Yes, let's d it!” Chris enthusiastically replied.
    Individuals with Dwn syndrme, like Chris, ften struggle with pr balance and delayed reactin time. Therefre, it tk him a little lnger t cmplete training rutines in the beginning. Hwever, Chris is n quitter, he kept n practicing. With his curage, willpwer and his family's encuragement, every day he grew better, faster and strnger.
