一般过去时表示过去某个时间发生的事情或存在的状态，侧重于过去，与现在无联系。
现在完成时即可表示过去发生的动作对现在所造成的结果或影响，也可表示动作从过去某时间开始，一直持续到现在，并且还有可能持续下去。现在完成时还可以用来说明一个动作在过去的一段时间内发生的频度。因此它强调造成的结果对现在产生的影响。
