Msquites have learned t lay eggs in as little as a few small drps f water and each female msquit can lay between 50 and 500 eggs nce.“蚊子已经学会在几滴小水滴中产卵,每只雌蚊子一次可以产卵50到500枚。”
Their ppulatins als reach the highest pint at different times in different areas all ver the wrld, making it nearly impssible t avid being bitten.“在世界各地的不同地区,它们的数量也在不同时期达到最高点,这使得要避免被叮咬几乎不可能。”
We shuld prtect urselves by aviding places where there is t much water“我们应该避免去那些水太多的地方来保护自己”结合下文提示Wear bug repellent(驱虫剂)that cntains DEET(up t 30 percent)when heading utdrs, and reapply it abut every fur hurs.“出门时使用含有避蚊胺(高达30%)的驱虫剂,大约每四个小时重复使用一次。”

根据上文yu have t yell at the dinner table t get in a wrd“你得在饭桌上大喊大叫才能插上一句话。”及后文We ften talk r even debate with each ther n different tpics.“我们经常就不同的话题交谈甚至辩论。”
We ften talk r even debate with each ther n different tpics.“我们经常就不同的话题交谈甚至辩论。” 固定搭配have a prblem with ding sth.“对做某事有问题或困难”。
I cme frm ne f thse families where yu have t yell at the dinner table t get in a wrd.“我来自这样一个家庭,在那里你必须在餐桌上大喊才能插上一句话。” We ften talk r even debate with each ther n different tpics.“我们经常就不同的话题交谈甚至辩论。”
I mean the kind f listening...“我说的这种倾听是指……” refer t“指的是……”。
结合下文when his stry becmes s(8)________ that yur wrld becmes less abut yu and mre abut him. N, I was never very gd at that.
I'd tell yu ne thing: I listened, and I listened.“我会告诉你一件事:我听,我听。”
I culd sit dwn with anyne and nd and respnd at...及Ever since my summer in Suth Africa可知,在那个暑期之前(befre),“我”只知道机械地用耳朵去听,在南非度过那个暑期之后,情况就不一样了。
I culd sit dwn with anyne and hear their(17)______“我坐下来听别人讲他们的故事”及常识可知,在听别人的故事时,同时也应对别人所讲的内容进行附和。介词短语at the same time“同时”。
A. Ever since my summer in Suth Africa, I have nticed that it's in thse mments when my muth is clsed and my(20)________ is wide pen that I've learned the mst abut ther peple, and perhaps abut myself.
    (1)dishes,(2)wh/that,(3)it,(4)visiting,(5)was shcked,(6)have becme,(7)affrdable,(8)higher,(9)weight,(10)fr
根据a friend wh'd lived here fr five years可知此处表示“记得做过某事”,应用固定搭配remember ding sth.。remember t d sth.
根据in recent years以及空前的t可知这里用动词不定式的完成式t have becme,表示“已经变得”。

    8. She改为I 考查代词。
at the end f...
