马妈妈和小马生活在一个农场里。一天，马妈妈让小马驮一个袋子去磨坊。

“你能为我做这个工作吗？”他的妈妈问道。“当然可以，妈妈，”小马说。
On the way, there is a river. The little hrse stps and thinks, “Is the river deep? Can I crss it?”
在路上，有一条河。小马停下来想，“这条河深吗？我能过去吗?”
A cw cmes alng. The little hrse asks the cw, “Excuse me, can I crss the river?” “Yes, yu can. The water is nt deep at all,” says the cw. The little hrse begins t crss the river.
一头奶牛走了过来。小马便问这头奶牛，“请问，我能通过这条河吗?”“是的，你可以。这水一点也不深，”奶牛说道。小马开始过河了。
“Dn’t crss the river, little hrse!” A squirrel jumps dwn frm a tree and cries. “It’s very deep. Yesterday, ne f my friends was lst in this river.” The little hrse desn’t knw what t d next. He ges hme and asks his mther.
“不要过河，小马!”一只松鼠从树上跳下来叫道。“它很深。昨天，我的一个朋友在这条河里失踪了。”小马不知道接下来该怎么办。他回家问妈妈去了。
“Why d yu cme back, my child?” the mther hrse asks. “The cw says the river is nt deep, Mum. But the squirrel says it is very deep. What can I d?”
“你为什么回来了，我的孩子?”马妈妈问道。“妈妈，奶牛说河水不深。但是松鼠说很深。我该怎么办呢？”
